No sales ads please

I'm a little disturbed this morning, I went on my blog and saw that there was a comment so I went to read it thinking one of my friends made a comment about my site and well I was wrong.
It was a sales ad for Nike Shoxs. How can they do this? I'm not sure how to respond to it and I don't want to make my site private because I want all my friends to read my blog.

I guess if anyone has any advice please let me know.

Karissa the future architect

Karissa got a lego beach house kit and she went up to her room for about two hours and came down with a great looking beach house. It can be built 3 different ways and she has done every way. She is great at building and putting things together. I hope she uses her talent!

I am so impressed by her because there is no way I could do the kit. I was amazed at how Jason and Karissa could look at a blue print and just know where things are going and when our house was being built she would walk in and just see what the turnout was going to be in her head. I needed to see the drywall before I could visually see anything.

Merry Christmas!!

The girls had a great Christmas! They bought each other (with their own money) a smurffette. Funny how they got each other the same thing!! Go Mom
Karissa had crosstitched a frog for Katie too. She will appreciated it later!
Also as you can see Tigger had to be in the middle of the mess even though he was alittle frightened.
We hope you all had a great Christmas too.

Early Christmas with Joe and Krista

We had to celebrate Christmas early because Joe and Krista had to go back to SC because of Joe's job. We had a great time with them and I wish they lived closer.
Dennis and Mary surprised us all with our own set of cornhole -so because Joe and Krista had never played we went outside for a very short time. It was crazy playing cornhole in 12 degree weather.
I'm excited now because we have own set instead of borrowing our friend's.
Oh and as you can see Gino and Jason bonded again. If I could I would keep him. He is such a good dog!

Katie's Christmas Party

Katie had her Christmas party on Friday and she had a blast. They sang for us on stage, which is where she thinks she belongs, and they had a snack and a visit from Santa. The neat thing about Santa was that it was Dennis, Jason's dad. He was so nervous, but he did a great job and she had no idea it was him. So keep it a secret because she never figured it out.
Jason's parents will do anything for the girls and they are so lucky to have awesome grandparents!!

Jason turned 33 on Dec. 17th so we had his parents over for dinner. We had chow mein which is now Jason's favorite for now. I felt bad for him because he then had to go to work.

Life group Christmas party

I'm really disappointed with myself- I had made a slide show and it wouldn't load on my blog so that is why I have so many pictures on the blog. I still need help trying to figure out this blog site.
We had a great time during our party. The kids had a great time decorating cookies, playing with their friends and opening their gifts!

Putting the Christmas tree together

The girls had a great time helping Jason put the tree together.

Katie's dance recital

Katie had her dance recital on Friday night and she was great. You can tell she just loves the stage. She was upset when they didn't have a finale because," I wanted to go on big stage and have everyone clap for me again."

Katie's dance rehearsal

Katie had her dance rehearsal tonight and tomorrow is the dance recital. She did really good tonight so I know she will be fine tomorrow. She is so excited to be on the big stage.
I'll post more pictures later.

Zoe and Gabriel's birthday party

Then Danny, Brian, Ken and Jason had to show each other up.
I'm not sure who had more fun the guys are the kids.

Katie loved bouncing!

Karissa had a great time swinging and falling in the foam pit.

Thanksgiving with everyone!!

We had thanksgiving at Mary and Dennis' house and there was a total of 25 people there. We had some friends from Jamiaca come too. We all had a blast. My sister, her husband and their 4 kids, my dad and his wife and my mom and her husband came too.

On Friday we went shopping and Jason, Chanda and I were there at 5:00 in the morning at Walmart. It was so crazy, but I wouldn't trade the time I had with my sister. I wish she lived closer. I loved having my nieces and nephew here. My niece Hannah was so funny and her personality is so different from Emily and Nathan's. We went out to eat on the last day they were here and after I finished eating the waiter took my plate and she yelled Hey at him then she looked at me and said where'd your food go? She is 2 and full of energy.

Now I'm ready for Christmas!! We are going to put up the tree this coming weekend. Jason's parents got us a train to go around it and the girls are so exctied. They gave me a penguin for the front yard because I love penguins!!! I still need to finish shopping and I am usually done by now, so I'm disappointed with myself.

Morning time!

Wow what a morning we had!! Jason got home last night at 1:00 and then this morning got up at 6:30 and made Karissa pancakes. We all sat down and had pancakes then he took her to school.

I have to say I'm still worried when he leaves for work and knowing he is on the road with every other crazy person, but his attitude at home is so nice. You can tell he's happier and for the first time since working for UPS he is excited about Christmas.

The Christmas holiday wasn't the greatest for our family because Jason was always missing in the festivities, but this year he even gets to go shopping on Black Friday and he's excited. He is even off on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve too. We won't know where to begin on what we could do as a family on Christmas Eve. He's wanting to put up our tree on Sat. after Thanksgiving where as before I'm begging him to put it up on the second weekend of Dec. He even said that he's going to decorate the outside-WOW!! I'm excited about Christmas just because he is happy. I never really knew how unhappy he was at work until I see what a difference the feeder job makes.

Anybody who works for UPS knows how trying the holiday season can be. I still remember him delivering until 10:30 at night, I still don't like the new hours, but this is way better!!
I have a great husband!!!! He works so hard for us and I'm able to stay home with the girls because of it.

2nd annual Father/daughter dance

Jason and Wayne took Karissa and Gillian to the father/daughter dance at Trinity Christian. Karissa had a great time and she got to see alot of her old classmates. Katie didn't want to be left out so she dressed up in her Christmas dress so she can be like sissy. Next year Jason is going to take both of the girls!

Katie, Adam, Brooke and I went out to eat so the little ones wouldn't feel left out.

Sorry the picture isn't the greatest, but so far our baby is doing fine. We saw it's prefect little head and the heart. My due date is June 14th, which both of my girls had a due date of June 10 and they came on May 7th and May 20th so I could have this one at the end of May.
I was also happy that it is just one, I think Jason really wanted twins.

Tuesday, November 4, 2008

I am so excited!! I finally have pictures of Jason driving. I couldn't figure out how I was ever going to get them, but who would have thought Jason and his dad would be heading the same way and Dennis would just happen to call him and ask what route he had. Dennis only goes to Cinn. on Tuesdays and Jason is on call this week.

Trick-or-treat

On Halloween we had 2 parties to go to. The first one was in our court and we had pizza for everyone and then we went trick-or-treating then after we went to a friend's house and had hot dogs and tons of other food. It was a great time!!

Jason is on call this week and so far he's worked today and yesterday. He has worked less hours so far this week. We went out together and voted and then went out for lunch. Jason's parents had the girls so it was nice just being together.

Dennis is in school now-he's going to CBC so he saw Jason driving to Columbus today on his way to school and took a picture of Jason driving. I can't wait to see the picture, I'm not sure how good the quality will be being that he took the picture with his phone.
